Access control

Delimitation of authority, access to documents, and actions on them by employees of the organization and control over access to documents.

Document orchestration

Automatic transfer of a document to the right person and workflow:
• Designing business processes for document flow, and logical document routes with the possibility of sequential and parallel execution;
• Sending documents both by standard, previously designed, and new routes defined by the user in the process of performing the task;
• Support for the BPMN 2.0 standard and the open visual business process designer bpmn.io.

Integration

• MIA: The EDMS can be integrated with enterprise management systems (ERP, CRM), the CEB OBB v.2.0 electronic interaction system, and other systems, in accordance with the procedural and technical requirements established by regulatory acts.
• MIA: The EDMS is tightly integrated with other products of the MIA line using the MQTT protocol.
