In the context of digital transformation and the growing role of information technology, data protection and ensuring the resilience of information systems remain key priorities for the public sector. The exchange of practical experience among specialists working on the development and protection of digital infrastructure plays a vital role in building a national cybersecurity system.
On May 29, 2026, Alexander Tarasov, Deputy Director for Development at the State Enterprise “INFOTECH,” participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Cybersecurity,” organized by Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the support of the OSCE in Ukraine. The event brought together representatives of government agencies, law enforcement agencies, international organizations, the scientific community, and industry experts to discuss current challenges in the field of digital security.
During the conference, Oleksandr Tarasov presented a report titled “Cyberattacks I Have Witnessed: Practical Experience in Response,” in which he highlighted practical aspects of handling information security incidents and shared his professional experience in responding to modern challenges in the digital environment.
The presentation paid special attention to issues such as enhancing organizations’ resilience to cyber threats, the role of preventive measures, effective coordination during incident response, and fostering a culture of cybersecurity.
The participation of representatives from the State Enterprise “INFOTECH” in professional events contributes to the development of professional dialogue, the exchange of best practices, and the implementation of modern approaches to the protection of information systems in the public sector.
