SE INFOTECH in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has implemented the possibility of submitting a request for an extract from the Unified Register of Persons Missing under Special Circumstances in electronic format – through the state service Single Window for Citizens (SWC):

What is an extract from the Register?
It`s official confirmation of the presence or absence of information about a specific person in the Unified Register of Persons Missing Under Special Circumstances. The extract is free of charge and is issued in accordance with Order No.535 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated August 29, 2022.
Who can submit an online application?
-The person who was previously considered missing but has now been found
-Close relatives: parents, children, spouses, brothers, sisters, grandparents, granchildren, great-grandchildren, adoptive parents
-a person who lived with the missing person
What is required to submit an online request?
-Information about the person: surname, first name, patronymic, date or birth, degree of kinship.
-Scanned copies of your identity document and documents confirming family relations.
-Qualified electonic signature (QES) for signing the application.
How to obtain an extract?
The completed extract isn`t sent by email; it`s available for viewing and downloading in your personal account on the EPG website.
The entire process takes only a few minutes and doesn`t require you to visit ane institutions in person.
