Specialist from SE INFOTECH took part in the seminar "Cross-border Interoperability and Trans-European Services", organized jointly with partners from the DT4UA project, Diia and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The event was attended by over 70 representatives of state bodies, who discussed important steps towards Ukraine`s digital European integration.
The seminar was dedicated to the implementation of European digital standarts in Ukraine. This allow Ukrainian citizens and businesses to conveniently use public services, both in Ukraine and in EU countries.
This is also part of broader goal – to make public services transparent, convenient and secure in line with European standarts.
The seminar looked at technical solutions and EU regulations, including:
-Interoperable Europe Act (EU 2024/903) - on interaction between public IT systems.
-Single Digital Gateway (EU 2018/1724) - a single point of access to public services in Europe.
-OOTS (Once-Only Technical System) - so that citizens don`t have to submit the same information multiple times.
-European Interoperability Framework (EIF) - a set of rules that ensure the coordinated operation of systems.
-CPSV-AP – a standard that allows services to be described in a machine-readable format.
SE INFOTECH is a developer of state digital services, including registries and systems that are used by millions of citizens every day. We are a key player in the country`s digital transformation.
As part of our collaboration with DT4UA, we are working on creating interoperability dictionaries and reference books - the foundation that allows goverment system to "understand" each other, even if they are built by different institutions.
Working together with European partners is not only about sharing experience, but also about taking practical steps to create convenient digital community and ecosystem. And we are actively orking to make this transition a reality.
