Parking fines are now available in the Diia and the Driver's Dashboard

Government services are becoming easier for drivers. 

Starting now, parking violation fines can be checked and paid online via the Diya app and the Driver’s Dashboard. 

The service is already available in 7 cities: Lviv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Drohobych, and Bila Tserkva. The list of cities will gradually expand.  

How it works: 

- if you have an electronic driver’s license or vehicle registration certificate—no additional setup is required 

- information about the fine is automatically retrieved from the registry 

- the service displays the details of the violation and the amount due 

- you can pay the fine online in just a few clicks 

The Driver’s Account allows you to instantly receive up-to-date information and resolve issues without visiting government offices. 

This initiative was made possible through collaboration between the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the team at the State Enterprise “INFOTECH,” and the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.  

This is another step toward convenient and transparent government services, where everything can be done online—simply and without unnecessary steps.
