Official clarification from the SE INFOTECH regarding access to the Unified State Register of Vehicles (USRV)

In connection with the dissemination of public information regarding complications in the process of transferring documents to the Unified State Register of Vehicles, we hereby inform you of the following.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Regulations on the USRV, the registry administrator, which is SE INFOTECH, ensures the preservation and protection pf infprmation contained in the USRV from loss, destruction, illegal processing or access.

An analysis of the registry`s operation revealed an attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system from third-party software. To eliminate the identified risks and ensure an adequate level of information security, specialists from the SE INFOTECH carried out a number of organizational and technical measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the regulations.

All entities that officially contact SE INFOTECH for technical support receive advice and assistance in correctly configuring their interaction with the registry.

We would like to draw the attention of businesses to the fact that stable access to the state registry is only possible with the proper organization of data exchange processes, the use of certified software and official interaction with the system administrator.

SE INFOTECH is always open to constructive interaction. All entities that ncontact us receive the necessary advice and comprehensive technical support. We appreciate the role of business in the development of state services, but we emphasize that responsible digital interaction is a joint effort that requires compliance with not only technical but also legel norms.

To improve the effectiveness of cooperation, we ask business entities to complete a short survey at the following link : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/14KRSHeflHhsoGS2o6ZVDbET9uLiruOqg6V4DQX225us/edit

Your answers will help us form a unified picture of the current situation, establish communication at the technical team level and ensure correct connection to the Unified State Register of Technical Means in accordance with the requirments of current legislation.
