When an emergency occurs, ypu need to act quickly, confidently and correctly. That is why SE INFOTECH team took part in the "First Aid for Victims" training course conducted by instructors from the Special Training Centre.
During the training, participants learned about the algorithms of actions in the first minutes after an emergency: how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, stop bleeding, respond to convulsions and support victims until the arrival of medical personnel.
After the theoretical part, it was time for practice. Everyone had the opportunity to practise their skills on mannequins and training equipment, simulating real-life scenarios. Such knowledge can be crucial in a critical moment. At a time when the country is living under martial law, the ability to provide first aid isn`t a useful skil, but a real chance to save your own life or that of another person. For the SE INFOTECH team, this is another step towards conscious responsibility for safety – both personal and collective.
