How can artificial intelligence be made safe and humane? This was the topic of discussion at the workshop "Ethics Algorithm: How Businesses can integrate AI without risk" organised by GlobalCompactUkraine 

The event brought together representatives frpm the public sector, business and education to discuss how technology can work for the benefit of people, society and sustainable development. 

The SE INFOTECH team joined the event to share their experience of implementing ethical principles in the creation of digital solutions for the state and to learn more about international standarts for the use of AI. 

During the workshop, participants:  

• Talked about the challenges posed by rapid development of AI; 
• Discussed the principles of ethical regulation of technology 
• Sought a balance between innovation, security and trust 
• Considered real-life cases of implementing ethical standarts in digital products 

Such meetings help us all realise that ethics in AI isn`t a limitation, but a guarantee of trust between people, technologies and public services. It helps build a future in which digital solutions serve society.
