Documents with delivery: the Ministry of Internal Affairs and SE “INFOTECH” expand logistics options for drivers.

SE “INFOTECH” together with the State Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to improve the accessibility of public services. From now on, in the Driver's Cabinet, you can also order the delivery of a driver's license or vehicle registration certificate to the nearest branch of Nova Poshta.  

Thanks to the close cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the technical specialists of the SE “INFOTECH,” the procedure for obtaining documents has become as convenient as possible and does not require visits to institutions.  

How to use the service?                                                                                                                                                

You can place an order in a few minutes:  

In the Driver's Electronic Office: select the service for exchanging/renewing a driver's license or vehicle registration certificate. 

Delivery option: select delivery by mail from the options provided. 

Branch: specify the number and address of the branch that is convenient for you. 

Receipt: as soon as the document is ready and handed over to the logistics partner, you will receive a notification in the Driver's Office and from the postal operator that the parcel is ready.
