Different Together: How inclusivity and gender equality are changing the workplace?

How we can create a workplace where everyone can feels valued and has equal opportunities? This was the topic of a discussion among at the workshop "Different Together: How is EDI Changing Business?" Organised by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine. 

The event became a platform for dialogue between representatives of the public, business and civil sectors on how the EDI approach helps organisations remain flexible, effective and people-oriented. 

The SE INFOTECH team joined the event to share their experience of creating inclusive opportunities in our IT company and to learn more about international practices for implementing EDI principles in corporate culture.
