The “Single Window for Citizens” is a universal platform that enables citizens to receive administrative and electronic public services from the Ministry of Internal Affairs online. The portal operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and provides for the use of electronic means of personal identification.
Through the “Single Window for Citizens,” you can:
-Submit appeals, requests, proposals, or complaints in electronic form;
-Receive information about the status of their consideration;

How to submit an electronic request?
1.Through the “Single Window for Citizens” portal
-Log in at: services.mvs.gov.ua;
-Select the service “Submit an electronic request”;
-Fill out the form, sign it, and send it.
2.Via email
-Write your request in any format (with a mandatory signature);

If necessary, use the ready-made request template available for download.
