SE INFOTECH and UA Mental help signed a MEmorandum of Cooperation: together we care about the mental health of the team

Caring for people is one of our values, which is not just on paper but in our daily work. That is why SE INFOTECH and the UA Mental Help Foundation have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, opening a new stage in the development of a corporate culture of care and support.

The document was signed by Maxim Khimchenko, director of SE INFOTECH and Tetiana Nahorna, Executive Director of the Foundation.

We understand very well how everyday stress, war, high workload and responsibility affect each of us. Supporting mental health isn`t a "trend", but a real need and our common resilience.

The partnership with UA Mental help will help:

-create an enviroment where talking about mental health is normal

-raise awareness and give employees tools for self-help

-organize webinars, trainings and meetings with experts

-master accessiable and understandable psychoeducational materials

-obtain qualified psychological support when needed

The Memorandum provides for joint programs, training events, information campaigns and exchange of experience. This partnership is long-term and aimed at ensuring that every employee has more resources, strenght and support in difficult times.

We create IT products that work for people. But they also created by people. And their condition, energy and well-being directly affect the quality of decisions, teamwork and our professional growth.

Caring for mental health is part of our resilience as a team and organization.
