SE INFOTECH successfully implements MIA: Document management at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: over 30, 000 new users in three months! 

SE INFOTECH continues the successful implementation of the MIA software: Document Management in key institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This software is an important component of the strategy for transitioning to paperless document management, which meets the modern requirements of digitalisation and optimisation of work processes in public administration.  

During the last three months of 2024, the MIA: Documant Management electronic document management system was implemented in the Main Departments of the National Police and regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in various regions of the country, allowing more than 30,000 new users to be connected. 

The MIA: Document Management software includes technical solutions that help increase document processing productivity and ensure a high level of information security in organisations. On of the key features of the system is its ability to support a large number of users thanks to its high-performance architecture, which guarantees stability and speed of data processing even under heavy load. Accordding to the data, the system is capable of processing about 2 million documents per year.
