The “Payment Hub” continues to expand the digital payment system for services at the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ regional service centers.
As of August 31, 2026, 262,233 invoices had been automatically generated, of which 78,982 were paid online. The total amount of online payments processed is 212,422,497 UAH.
The digital solution, developed by specialists at the state-owned enterprise “INFOTECH” and implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Main Service Center, operates throughout Ukraine and covers two administrative services: vehicle registration and re-registration.
The “Payment Hub” automates the payment process: the system identifies the required payments and fees, generates an invoice, and, after the online payment is made, receives electronic confirmation of the transaction. This allows the service to be processed without a paper receipt or the manual entry of payment details.
In its first four months of operation, the “Payment Hub” has demonstrated its ability to process significant volumes of payment transactions on a national scale. Currently, it facilitates payment for two services, and the solution’s architecture allows for further expansion of its scope of application.
State Enterprise “INFOTECH,” in collaboration with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, continues to develop the “Payment Hub” and is working to integrate other administrative services.
