Effective immediately, the “Single Window for Citizens” online service platform will operate under the name “Single Window.”
All services, user data, application history, and settings have been fully preserved.
Certificates and documents previously issued under the platform’s former name remain legally valid.
The Single Window platform provides access to a wide range of services offered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, including:
- submitting electronic requests to the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- obtaining certificates and extracts from state registries;
- submitting requests and tracking their status;
- making online payments.
Users can log in using their GOV.UA ID and access services without visiting government offices.
The “Single Window” is part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs unified information system and provides centralized access to digital services that simplify citizens’ interactions with the government and minimize bureaucratic procedures.
The name change is a logical step in the service’s development and aligns with the modern approach to building government digital platforms—clear, accessible, and user-centric.
