The Driver`s Office for Business in Ukraine has been operating successfully for six months and has become a reliable partner for over 1,763 companies. During this period, the service has demonstrated significant achievements and prospects for further development.
Over the past six months 7,871 appointments of authorized users have been made, allowing companies to quickly identify the persons responsible for each vehicle, simplifying fleet management. In addition, the system has demonstrated its flexibility: 574 cancellations of appointments have been recorded, indicating the ability to quickly adjust information about responsible persons.
The Driver`s Office for Business offers a range of features that greatly simplify fleet management:
-Quick assiqnment of the appropriate user: the system allows you to assign responsible persons for traffic violations, which are recorded automatically for each vehicle
-Access to up-to-date information: information about vehicle fleet, including insurance, make and vehicle number
-Information about fines and their details: up-to-date information for each vehicle about fines recorded automatically.
-Status of ordered services: quick access to information about orders and the performance of online sevices.
The Driver`s Office for Business continues to improve, receiving positive feedback from users. Future plans include expanding functionality and introducing new swevices that simplify the work of companies with vehicle fleets. This service not only optimizes the work processes of companies, but also reduces the load on the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ensuring more efficient management of vehicles.
Driver`s Office tariffs for businesses
Currently, there are two Driver`s Office tariffs for businesses: Standart and Professional.
The Standart tariff includes the following features:
-Appointment of a person responsible for maintaining the Driver`s Office for businesses
-Viewing the vehicle fleet (make, vehicle number, insurance policy, authorized user)
-Appointing an authorized user
-Receiving information about the status of ordered services.
The Professional tariff includes:
-Appointment of a person responsible for maintaining the Driver`s Cabinet for business (unlimited number of users)
-Appointment and removal of authorized users
-Information anout fines and their details
-Data on mandatory technical inspection
-Vehicle registration history
-Viewing the vehicle fleet (make, vehicle number, insurance policy, authorized user)
-Monitoring vehicles for fines
-Personalized support service
