• complete higher education in the relevant field;
• knowledge of laws and regulations of Ukraine governing the organization and support of information technology;
• knowledge of prospects, domestic and world trends in technological, technical, economic and social development of the information industry;
• knowledge of modern methods of accounting and analysis of information resources;
• ability to manage the team and organize the work process;
• ability to allocate their time (time management);
• negotiation skills.

Responsibilites:

• management of the activities of the department and the department within the department within the powers delegated to it;
• ensuring the implementation of the tasks assigned to the department for accounting and analysis of information resources;
• organization and provision of development of separate provisions of complex programs (sections of programs), analytical materials, complex actions, offers, forecasts of development of sphere of management, projects of regulatory legal acts on the questions belonging to competence of department;
• organization and control of effective interaction of the management and the department with other structural subdivisions of the Enterprise on issues within the competence of the management and the department.
