Consultant of the Department of Public Procurement, Contractual Work and Relations with State-Owned Enterprises (inactive vacancy – establishing a reserve pool of staff)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • higher legal education (specialist, master);
  • general experience in the field of law not less than 1 year;
  • current legislation of Ukraine (Constitution of Ukraine, Civil Code of Ukraine, Commercial Code of Ukraine, basics of labor legislation, Law "On Public Procurement", Law "On Protection of Economic Competition", Law "On the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", Law "On Basic Principles of State Procurement" financial control in Ukraine ", etc.);
  • the procedure for concluding and executing economic agreements with business entities of the public and private sectors of the economy, public authorities, institutions, organizations;
  • knowledge of the procedure for concluding and drawing up business agreements;

  • knowledge of the basics of economics, labor organization, production and management; ability to navigate in difficult situations, sociability;
  • ability to work in a team, as well as independently; work with a computer at the level of a confident user (MSOffice, AdobeAcrobatDC, etc.);
  • work with reference and search information systems ("League: Law");
  • confident user of office equipment (MFP). excellent and competent command of the Ukrainian language.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • work on preparation and conclusion of agreements, registration of changes and additions with the enterprises, establishments, the organizations (in the direction of realization of the goods / works / services);
  • development of agreements, protocols of discrepancies and coordination of agreements with contractors of the Enterprise (in the direction of realization of goods / works / services);
  • inspection of contractors before the conclusion of the contract, including the authority to conclude the contract;
  • providing explanations to contractors on the conclusion and execution of contracts (in the direction of sale of goods / works / services);

  • correspondence with contractors, preparation of cover letters; organization and control over the receipt of contracts and other documents by contractors, compliance with and timely fulfillment of obligations (in the direction of sale of goods / works / services);
  • keeping records of contracts and entering information about contracts into the information system;
  • preparation of acts of rendered services, expense invoices and other documents to contracts (in the direction of realization of goods / works / services);
  • preparation of documents for participation in procurement as a participant (performer);
  • submission of tender proposals of the participant (performer), etc.
